Eco-nomical with the truth? Justin Bieber on why he axed world tour

JUSTIN BIEBER hopefully wasn’t recycling his excuses — after revealing he had scrapped his world tour ‘to be sustainable’.
Breaking his silence over why he pulled the remaining dates of his Purpose shows, the pop star poured out his heart to his army of Beliebers.
‘Me taking this time right now is me saying I want to be SUSTAINABLE,’ Bieber posted on Instagram yesterday.
‘I want my career to be sustainable, but I also want my mind heart and soul to be sustainable.’
He explained it was so he could ‘be the man I want to be, the husband I eventually want to be and the father I want to be’.

The Love Yourself singer’s explanation comes amid reports that he had cancelled the gigs to start his own church. Days after announcing that he had cut short his tour, Bieber was pictured with his pastor Carl Lentz, of Hillsong Church — who appears to receive a shout-out in the comments.
‘I am extremely blessed to have people in the past few years help me build my character back up reminding me of who I am and who I want to be, reminding me my past decisions and past relationships don’t dictate my future decisions and my future relationships,’ added Bieber.
The 23-year-old stressed he has previously let ‘bitterness, jealousy and fear’ stand in his way. ‘I have let my insecurities get the best of me at times, I let my broken relationships dictate the way I acted towards people and the way I treated them!’ he said.
Bieber apologised for any errors, concluding: ‘THIS MESSAGE IS VERY GRAMMATICALLY INCORRECT.’
Yesterday he was spotted at the church in Beverly Hills where he accidentally ran over a photographer with his car last month. According to the TMZ website, he will not face any criminal charges.
