Gwyneth Paltrow: Don’t f*** with me

GWYNETH PALTROW was on feisty form defending her Goop empire yesterday.
The lifestyle brand has been much mocked for some of its more outlandish suggestions — bee venom therapy and vaginal steaming, anyone?
But speaking at a business seminar in LA yesterday, Gwynnie was in a take no prisoners mood.
Explaining that she values straight talking from her team, she said: ‘I’m interested in criticism based on fact, not on projections. If you want to f*** with me, bring your A-game.’
If we hear people are putting bees in their vagina, we’ll write about it
And she was pretty self-aware about how some of her more out-there health suggestions have been viewed too.
‘On the media side of Goop, we like to know what people are freaking out about, and if we hear that people are putting bees in their vagina, we’ll write about it,’ she said — before quickly noting that this was a made up example and not something she advocated anyone trying at home.
Speaking about her acting career, which has been on the back-burner for several years now — her last major movie being Iron Man 3 in 2013 — she said she’d come to accept that she couldn’t have it all.
‘As much as I thought, “I can do everything, I can run my company and then go to Louisiana and do a movie,” I can’t, especially with having kids. There’s just no way,’ she said.
But the blonde beauty seems perfectly happy away from the Hollywood scene, saying simply: ‘I grew up in an acting family, but right now I just like this better.’
