I just can’t Bear to leave baby who ended my anxiety

CHERYL admits secret therapy sessions have been her saviour in helping her cope with being a first-time mum.
She has been going it alone since last year’s split with Liam Payne, less than 12 months after the birth of their son Bear.
Revealing her mental health hurdles, Cheryl said: ‘I have been having therapy for the past year because I have been a massive worrier and non-sleeper for a lot of my life.’ However, her anxieties ended when Bear was born.
‘When I had the baby I didn’t have it,’ she explained. ‘I was calm and peaceful. I wanted to maintain that. I didn’t want to be feeling those feelings again.’
She described therapy as ‘the sensible thing to do’, adding: ‘So when I had the baby it wasn’t stressful.’ The singer, who had a cameo in the 2012 Cameron Diaz film What To Expect When You’re Expecting, admits her grand designs on Hollywood fame are over now she is a mum.
‘Yeah, my plans have changed,’ said Chez. ‘He [Bear] will always come first. I can’t go away for six weeks any more.
‘I have days off just to spend quality time because I can’t bear if I haven’t seen him for a day.’
