I’m A Celebrity’s Rebekah Vardy slammed for ‘fake Iain Lee’ remark

REBEKAH VARDY says her words were taken out of context after she was accused of ‘bullying’ Iain Lee on I’m A Celebrity.
The 35-year-old, married to Leicester City player Jamie Vardy, defended herself after fans slammed her for saying that the radio host, 44, was ‘fake’ and ‘playing games’. While in the jungle, she also claimed Lee was ‘in there to win’ and ‘playing the sympathy card’.

Lee, who suffers from depression, said he wanted to leave the show before he won immunity last week, with Vardy telling him: ‘Look at you, buzzing that you are not going out tomorrow. You’ve got a game plan, you have.’
The mum-of-four, voted out on Monday, told Good Morning Britain yesterday she was ‘under pressure’ when she made the comments in a live interview and they were ‘slightly taken out of context’.
Fans are calling for her to be stripped of her ambassador role for charity Young Minds UK. She and Lee discussed mental health in the jungle, with Vardy saying she had attempted suicide aged 14.
