Kate Moss backs down over ‘skinny feels’ comment…

KATE MOSS has backed down from one of her most controversial quotes — just as Rihanna sent plus-size models down the catwalk at New York Fashion week.
The British supermodel raised eyebrows in 2009 when she coined the phrase, ‘Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels’, drawing outrage that she was promoting eating disorders and size zero frames.
But now the Croydon clothes horse has finally conceded her comment is out of step with fashion today — highlighted by RiRi’s eclectic choice of models for her lingerie show in the Big Apple on Wednesday. Explaining how her heroin chic mantra came about, 44-year-old Mossy shared: ‘My friend used to say it, because you know, we were all living together, and we’d go for the biscuits and go, “Oh, nothing tastes as g…” It’s a little jingle.’
However, she now admits it’s a phrase that should be binned off. ‘There’s so much more diversity now, I think it’s right,’ she said on US TV. ‘There’s so many different sizes and colours and heights. Why would you just be a one-size model and being represented for all of these people? So yes, for sure, it’s better.’
Her pal RiRi had certainly got the memo as she sent out all shapes and sizes to promote her Savage X Fenty lingerie collection.
The 30-year-old S&M singer celebrated sexy, expecting mums, too, when she called on 22-year-old pregnant model Slick Woods to walk down the runway for her.
