May the Barlow be with you

GARY BARLOW has revealed that he’s bagged a role in the next Star Wars film — and it’s not just as a stormtrooper.
Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine today, the Take That superstar played his cards close to his chest as he said, enigmatically: ‘I’m not a stormtrooper, but I am in it.’
He then joked that having let the cat out of the bag he had probably scuppered his chances of appearing in Star Wars Episode VIII: The Last Jedi.
‘Now I’ve said that, I’ll probably be out. I think the Star Wars people are so strict… So me saying that, I’ve probably just done myself out of a role.’
Rumours about a Barlow cameo have been circulating since last year, when he was seen filming at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire.
A source told The Sun: ‘Gary is a huge Star Wars fan so this is a dream come true.
‘The process has been kept top secret, as he doesn’t want anybody to find out.
‘His connections in the film industry got him the part.’
