GEORGE EZRA has described the Brit Awards as music’s ‘World Cup’, confessing that he feels nervous every year.
The 25-year-old, nominated in three categories, said: ‘It’s nerve-racking and goes by as a bit of a blur. It feels like the World Cup of music.’
George has performed at the Brits before and knows how scary it can be. ‘You’re cool and fine until you see the little red light above the camera go on, and it’s that little red light that says, “There’s a lot of people watching you”.’
Perhaps he’d rather be riding Shotgun…
